The Vitality Source is a small, private studio in Barrie, Ontario, built around one idea: that colon hydrotherapy and lymphatic drainage should feel calm, personal, and genuinely comfortable — not clinical or rushed.

A little about this space

Every session happens in the same treatment room, with the same practitioner — me. There's no reception desk, no rotating staff, and no anonymity. Just a quiet space, professional-grade equipment, and time set aside for you.

What you'll find here

I'll be using this space to share what I've learned about gut health, lymphatic wellness, and what to expect from a session — starting with your very first visit. My hope is that it makes the whole experience feel a little less unfamiliar, whether you're curious, nervous, or simply ready to feel better.
